Namaste Car
My church is the First Unity of St. Petersburg, Florida. The Rev. Temple Hayes begins most services by greeting us with the word Namaste and we return the greeting to her. There are a number of meanings to the word. The one developed for The Prosperity Program is based on the meaning I learned at First Unity.
Namaste: “The God within me, meets, honors and sends unconditional love to the God within you.” So why is this titled Namaste Car? At the Source of all matter is The Field. Some scientists refer to this as Zero. The Field is unlimited energy. The Field of a car or any object, contains the energy that literally responds to our feeling. This is a little easier to appreciate when thinking about plants. One study had identical plants in two separate environments. They were watered and nourished identically. The only difference was the people in one place sent thoughts and words of caring to the plants in their environment. The other group sent thoughts and word of rejection and criticism to their plants. With a short period of time those plants died while the others thrive.
Look what happens in our own lives when someone sends us a sincere, uplifting thought of appreciation and gratitude or the opposite. We all know how that feels. We have the choice of how we look at and feel about everything with no exceptions. I suggest the thought of Namaste.
